Headshot of Erin Engel

Erin Engel , PMHNP

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, sleep concerns, panic, OCD, and addictive behaviors. Many are college students, professionals, healthcare providers, and moms navigating stress, burnout, or feeling out of alignment and seeking a more intentional, respectful approach to care. My approach is inclusive and affirming, grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care, helping you move toward clarity, balance, and purpose.

My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management using a comprehensive, whole-person approach. I look beyond symptoms to understand your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, combining medication, therapeutic strategies, lifestyle interventions, and nervous system regulation. I offer advanced treatments like Spravato for treatment-resistant depression when appropriate.

With extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual and interpersonal violence, I bring a strong trauma-informed lens to my work. I help you understand what’s happening in your mind and body so treatment feels clear and manageable—not overwhelming. My goal is to help you feel confident, in control, and supported every step. Clients often share they feel heard and valued—and that’s something I prioritize in every appointment.
